I did not receive the amenities mentioned at the time of booking. The AC was not working, and my family — including two 1-year-old twins — suffered in the nearly 40-degree heat. No drinking water was provided, there was no room service for food, and there was no customer support to assist us

Location is ok room is worst swimming pool is not clean it is so dirty no maintenance of rooms property is too old it is not a resort there is no spa worth less I felt very bad stay there

Don't get deceived by the pictures posted by the property. The property is not maintained for several years and looks like a ghost town. No security in the first place and the entire surroundings are shabby and unhygienic. The bedspread had pee marks. The toilet has no lock. Left overs of previous customers still unattended. We did nit have the complementary breakfast and just fled the scene.Had a pathetic experience for the money paid and my family was so upset. MMT has to return my money back. Feel cheated.

I had taken deluxe room and the first room provided had smoking smell so had to change the room. Services are good and hotel management is helpful. Rooms can be maintained more cleanly.

The place is not well maintain. Swimming pool was not clean. Breakfast was average and very little option
