We use connecting rooms every January for family trips. This is the fourth time we've used them in three years. (2 nights, 3 days)
We asked for the room to be cleaned at 11:30am, and when we returned at 2:30pm, nothing had been done. We complained a lot, and they finished at 3:30pm.
There was no water flowing in the pool (water slide)
This was resolved immediately.
The system is that water collects in a large bucket, then flips over with a bang, spreading the water all over, but this year it wasn't working.
When I asked if it was broken, they said it was because there were not many customers. What a shame.
