we went on a first day of Navaratri , march 30 .
so we booked the last room available. the room was clean and staff was well behaved and helpful .we were getting phone call if we need anything.its loacated at a good location in railway road so a lot of options are available for dinner within 5 minutes of work and are open till late night..12 am. there little issue with the ceiling fan , either it was possible at very high speed or two low ..no mid option was available for temperate weather. apart that elevator made us easy to do up and down with bags.. auto takes 200 rupees to go to rfid counter from the hotel. so u can go for it ..it's good according to the price n clean.

near Railway Station, Good food and spacious rooms, food variety less option but quality and quantity are good. reception manager sahil was helpful and allowed earlier check in and late check out

The hotel is good per the budget. Rooms were spacious and clean, hot water was available all the time. Food was okay type not too great, but overall, a good place to stay well located near the temple.

Their hotel location is perfect for people who are visiting the Katra via train, just about 500 metres from Katra railway station. Rooms were clean and management was polite and understanding. It felt like home there

Not that much great experience in this hotel. Food service is not good, they take too much time to deliver anything. We stayed for 2 nights and they clean our room after making too many requests. They have not provided us pick and drop service from Railway station as expected. For two types, we have also faced water issue, water is not coming on taps and they said its due to rush. Dont recommend this hotel.

Our stay in hotel was good and staying in this hotel feels like home. Hotel property was also quite good & comfortable, the staff was also welcoming with a nice nature and about food that was super delicious just like comfort home food . I will like to appreciate hotel for their amazing service and staying

The stay was good and the location of the property is great but the services were not up to my expectations, the room in which I stayed had flickering ceiling lights which was annoying, the TV was not working had to call someone daily to fix it plus the wires of TV were open can might be dangerous, the room we stayed was family room and had only two charging points and one of them was not even working and on the third night we received daily complementary water bottles neither we nor the staff was aware of that!
