The room does not have much ventilation. The hotel does not have lift, one would have to get up from the stairs even if one has to go to the 3rd floor. The plaster has come out from the wall. The dustbin has not been cleaned since a long time. The ro water that they offer did not seem like ro water. In the morning the tube-light went off and there was complete darkness in the room, when i called the reception someone came and put a small bulb instead of the tube-light which is more like a night bulb. With this bulb on i still cant see much.

Great stay at hotel ambar rudrapur! the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect at the middle of the city for exploring around. We were with our car and parking space is very limited of this hotel, it is the drawback of the hotel. We loved the food of the hotel and will definitely be back”

Room was very good. But breakfast was not. You should improve in the quality. Specially idle was bad and corn too.

I had a terrible experience at the Hotel Anand Castle (Kashipur) On February 21st, I made a reservation by calling them multiple times and every time I was given a different price. Eventually, I booked the room for Rs 2240. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the room was not as it appeared in the pictures and was very dirty. The sofas were also dirty. Based on this, I believe the hotel should only charge under Rs 1000. If I rate the hotel based on cleanliness, I would give it a 2 out of 10. For service, I would give it a 5 out of 10 and for food, I would give it a 6 out of 10. Overall, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was a complete waste of money and I had a very bad experience.
