The hotel experience was nothing short of a FRAUD. Due to a technical issue, my payment was deducted twice, and while the reception staff—different individuals during the morning and evening shifts—both assured me that the payment would be reversed and that they would communicate with the third party, I left feeling skeptical. The room provided was on a high floor but lacked basic toiletries. The washroom reeked, and the large glass windows were covered in dust. Although the hotel’s online images presented a beautiful pool and a well-maintained building, the reality was disappointing. The lift was out of order, forcing me to take the stairs, and the pool was just for show—dirty and filled with flies and insects. Breakfast was less than impressive, with the staff offering a limited menu instead of a proper buffet. If the service had been outstanding, I might have overlooked these issues, but paying double the original amount for such a dreadful experience is unacceptable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay.

Average hotel hai but agar mineral water ka 120 rs kon leta hai lunch or dinner very very costly i suggest Lunch or dinner waha mat karna lut javege. But clean good service good 👍

Overpriced and Not Customer Focused. I got the check-in at 4.00 in the evening. everytime had to chase the staff if needed anything. The GM was decent and heard the grievance but did not provide any solution. The staff behaviour was extremely rude - the person on the reception or the guy near swimming pool or the restaurant. Really disappointed
