Shahpura Barliyas House

Go have dinner at the rooftop restaurant, our stewards tonight were Romina and Krishna, they were wonderful. Well-trained professionals and great English speakers. Knew a lot about the food, great recommendations and knowledgable about the preparation. I have a nut allergy and with every dish coming to the table she explained to me what was okay and what was not. Thank you dear for an absolutely wonderful evening!

The place location was awesome, staff was very helpful, the room was very hygiene, restaurants view was amazing, food quality was good, the hotel view is awesome, the dinning area with view was quite pleasant, it was an amazing experience with Shahpura Barliyas house.

Hotel rooms are very big and spacious bathroom was also super clean , charging port needs to be closer with beds overall very good experience checkout time was also good and breakfast was not upto mark but overall ok needs to improve food experience

I am big fan of Shahpura group I’ve previously visited, Shahpura Dev Panache too and i can only say I’ve felt better in every way, ambience, room quality, staff greeting, really a great place to stay when you’re in Udaipur and I really like the Pool area that is on the rooftop and have a very aesthetic surroundings to it.

The rooms were quite spacious and felt like royalty! The restaurant's view with swimming pool made our breakfasts and lunch quite a delight. The frontline staff - Mr. Akshat (Akshay) was very supportive and cordial. He helped us multiple times, whenever we needed some assistance. Restaurant staff - Ms. Romila was very polite. Overall a good stay! Will choose the hotel again.

Suggestions for improvement: 1. The room service was really time-consuming. However, the f. O. Employee suggested no outside food is allowed and you can enjoy the meal in dine-in or restaurant. 2. Taste: the food taste needs to be enhanced. Didn't find value money. 3. Room readiness: the room wasn't ready after the checkin. As amenities in bathroom, room landline, tea cups were missing, and even television wasn’t working.

I recently stayed at shahpura barliya house for three days, and i couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel is spacious and impeccably maintained, providing a serene atmosphere that immediately felt like a home away from home. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, offering wonderful service throughout my stay. The rooms were luxurious and expansive, making for a very comfortable stay. I appreciated the thoughtful design and amenities that added to the overall comfort. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near all the major attractions in udaipur, making it easy to explore the city. The food was another highlight; every meal i had was delicious, and the staff was always accommodating with special requests. I highly recommend shahpura barliya house for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in udaipur.
