The food was amazing and the service was fantastic. I had a very comfortable stay in the Hotel. The quality of accommodation provided was on higher level. U appreciate the staff and kitchen team for an amazing hospitality given to us. I would definitely like to come back and stay again in this property.

. Bedsheet was dirty. No toilet paper and the holder was broken. Washroom stink-ed like sewage. Phone was not working initially. Terrible service

Very poor service. Whatever you see in picture is actually not present in the hotel. Had multiple discussions with the receptionist but he didn't provide any solution. Asked for ro water they charged for it. Asked for ice they charged 100 rupees per cube. Asked for plates they asked why you need 5 plates. we were 5 people staying so that's why we need 5 plates to eat separately. Pool water extreme dirty. You will dead insects inside the pool. Toilets flush wasn't working. They didn't provide soap and shampoo. If you are bringing your drinks in this hotel then they don't have mini fridge in any of the room. Neither they help you to keep your stuff in their fridge in the kitchen. For all the points that receptionist kept denying that this is not available. Hotel paramount should be renamed hotel of udaipur. Worst of the worst experience.

They offered a great service and good tasty breakfast.The rooms were neat and clean so we enjoyed the stay.They have Tvs and free wifi for us to use which is great for us to have to spend time.The speed of the wifi is great and the TV had many channels.

Hotel owner's he is very rude person yesterday we 10 friends go to this Hotel fir staff party rooftop and owners come and he shouting all staff also he missed behave us totally bastage of money also food was not good some staff is good but who's is in reception desk also he is not good we are very upset yesterday we never go paramount Hotel
