Considering it is a property of Royal Orchid, I had expected my stay to be good enough. Although It came as a surprise in multiple things. Front desk were rude to communicate and ask normal questions. Breakfast was limited options with some items either not fresh not tasty enough. I had sambhar which tasted like soup , once asked to modify it chef sent a daal tadka to be consumed as Sambhar. Will definitely highlight Lovepreet, a staff member who served everything on my table on request despite it being a buffet breakfast. Another guy call Sajal was also soft spoken. Overall an Average stay at this price. Lot of scope of improvement. Regards

The pillows are fluffy but some thin pillows must be available for patients of neck pain. Mattresses are good but some hardness is required. Exhaust was not working. Washrooms are clean and well equipped. Lighting is adequate. Balcony is required.

Everything was very good. The staff here was very good and caring. This hotel was in a very good location. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The hotel rooms were very clean. The services were very good. Reasonably priced and budget friendly hotel . Rooms are extremely comfortable,cozy and clean

Amazing food and service.they have arranged nicely everything.definately will suggest every one to friends and family.well trained staff and always ready to help specially thanks to IN Room dinning parmish and sanjay very quick service and food is delicious we were treated so extremely well by the staff that were all so friendly and caring and knew us by name.additionly the property is stunning by far the most beautiful property I ve ever stayed on in my wife. I will for sure be looking to come back to stay here again.
