I was finally able to stay at a hotel that I had dreamed of for many years.
The hotel was even more wonderful than I expected.
The historic building is well-maintained, everything is well-maintained, everything is beautiful, and the hospitality was wonderful, making it a memorable trip.

Excellent food , polite ,courteous staff , absolutely clean and neat property well maintained and eco friendly one could spend much longer time here watching the lake thru the comfortable rooms overall worth visiting again and again special mention to Pradeep ,Anil vairagi, Kavita and each an every employee who were warm and made the whole trip very comfortable ,Kudos to the Management and all employees associated with the hotel .

Best experience ever. The rooms were big and the view was outstanding . The hygiene is maintained. The food in Neelakamal is absolutely brilliant especially the verki roti. Overall the best hotel and hospitality in the world. Suggest one must visit with family and friends and experience this royal treatment.

Words fall short when I try to describe our stay at "The Best Hotel In the Wold'. From the moment you pill up at the jetty for the hotel one gets the feeling a magical journey is about to begin. More magical the property itself the entire team of Mr Bual the General manager. No stone is left unturned to anticipate your every need and fulfill everything your heart desires. A special shout to Mr Rahul Mehta and Mr Prem Sigh Dodiya. From the special cake with our picture to the very special birthday celebration to catering to every culinary desire they surpassed every expectation. It was an excellent stay and hospitaloty was like we are spending time with my family. Ishika was also very nice and kind. We loved the hospitality. We will come back soon for sure. Tajness is there in Taj lake palace. Housekeeping was also very kind.

I loved the overall experience at Taj Lake Palace, we had come to celebrate my wife’s milestone birthday and we are so happy that we made right choice. It is truly a Royal heritage palace with its own sweet history and is not like few others which are newly developed in heritage style. First I want to thank Mr Harsh Vardhan from Concierge, he made our stay truly special by showing us around, helping us almost every day and clicking & sharing that beautiful picture. Next want to thank Ms Alona and Mr Praveen for taking care of us so well at restaurants Jharokha and Neel Kamal. Also thanks to Chef Abhishek for special attention and yummy local food especially that chila. I want to also specially mention about Mr Raj Singh from House Keeping, oh *** he is a professional photographer, he clicked so beautiful pics of us and knew all the special spots. Although I have mentioned few names but your whole staff is truly amazing and made us feel truly Royal. Thanks again.
