We recently dined at sheesh mahal at Leela palace Udaipur and had the pleasure of being served by Gaurav. From the moment we arrived, his service was impeccable. He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He offered helpful recommendations, patiently answered all our questions. Gaurav's professionalism was evident in his efficient and courteous manner, but he also managed to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. He made us feel valued as customers and genuinely cared about our dining experience. His positive attitude and engaging personality added to the overall enjoyment of our meal. We highly recommend requesting Gaurav if you dine at Sheesh mahal. He is a true asset to the restaurant and a testament to excellent customer service. Thank you, Gaurav, for making our evening so special!

Divyansh Soni, who is the gym incharge and instructor here, was very professional and helpful in helping me exercise. Very well trained and amazing courtesy and hospitality!! He shared his experiences and also helped me learn some amazing stretches.

The staff here are awesome. Everyone is exceptionally nice special mention to the chef deepak Kumar, and the personal trainer Divyansh whotook special attention to make my visit super special. The gym and the rest of the facilities are A class. I wish I had more time to explore everything in the facility would definitely visit another time.

Best service and friendly staff. Very responsive staff. Delicious food and great place. Location is best. I liked they provided WhatsApp contact for service staff and staff is very kind and responsive. My assigned staff name was Akshaj and he is the best.

This hotel is gorgeous. The views out the window of hotel room at sunrise and sunset are spectacular. Try to make a booking for the restaurant outside with the view of the palace. It has great food, a wonderful view and attentive service. The pool area is beautiful even when it is too cold to go in water.
