THE MOST BEAUTIFUL Experience one can have in Udaipur. From the moment of entering the boat of The Leela, to our welcome, to their Hospitality, every experience here was worth it. The Butler provided to us for our stay (Neha) was very much humble and helpful.

The stay was good here , but had a little miscommunication with the hotel reception regarding Diwali celebrations after booking from MMT,due to which we had to miss the Diwali celebrations in the property. Would appreciate if communication was held properly beforehand. Other than that, the food and staff service was really great and welcoming. Appreciate special efforts of Mr. Shishak who made us feel so comfortable.

This is the best hotel we have ever visited. Right from the boat ride to the welcome at the entrance it was outstanding. We were assigned a butler (Dhruv Rathi) who was responsive and went above and beyond our expectation. The service at the restaurant was out of this world (especially Lokendra). The evening snacks were fantastic. 34-meter swimming pool was in excellent condition and got great swimming tips from lifeguard (Mukhtiar). It has been only 10 days since we visited and we are planning to go there again.

Me and my family had an amazing time at Leela Udaipur. The hotel is stunning and the view over the lake is mesmerising. The rooms are very well kept and well Designed. However what really makes the difference is the fantastic staff, most of all our great butler, Shishak. He has been most hopeful and gave us the most attentive service, would definitely come back also for him!

This is a beautiful hotel! The lake location is superb, the boat trip across the lake makes arrival ‘different’. Facilities could not be better and the staff are amazing. I travelled alone and was well looked after by my room butler, by the restaurant waiters - one of whom said I wasn’t eating enough breakfast!!- and by the boatmen. I must also mention the young lady responsible for orchestrating the Divali celebrations. She made sure that I was included and could join in without feeling awkward. I hope I can return one day.

The hotel was superb in every way. It was beautifully decorated and very stylish in the bedrooms and public areas. Pool very clean. The food was delicious. The staff were excellent especially Suzane our butler who was extremely helpful and all the staff couldn’t do enough for us.

Absolutely gorgeous and elegant hotel. Incredible staff, especially the butter service. We had Shishsk who was so attentive and helpful. The hotel is like an art museum. Swimming pool is large , clean but chilly although great if the weather is hot. We would return in a heartbeat.
