Had a great time at Leela Palace. Beautiful property and Madhav our butler made the experience really special. Even before we arrived, he was as checking in with us, making sure we reach safely and coordinating our check in. He facilitated everything for us, did our reservations for tours, dinners and even left us with a special present of the Leela essential oil, a fragrance that we enjoyed. All in all, Leela is a beautiful property and Madhav made a big difference. Also had a fantastic meal at Sheesh Mahal, a Pichola lake facing restaurant where the food was nothing less than spectacular. The sous chef was super kind and agreed to email me the recipes which we looking forward to.

We were there in Leela palace Udaipur for our event 28-30th March. We had great experience. Staff were great and they were always ready to do anything. Special thanks to chef Rupak with whom I was co ordinating has always been on his toes with his culinary team. He was so cooperative with our requirements which were not easy from making the menu to prepare and present the whole menu. Taste of food was amazing and presentation was superb. Even the Bar Tender was so helpful with absolutely amazing Mocktails. Our 2 days event was successful because of amazing food great hospitality superb service. We stayed at Leela Udaipur in April,2025, the service was exceptional. Sanjay, Shishak and Samanth deserve a special mention ***** with many others. The entire staff made us feel special and made sure we had the best time. Will highly recommend this hotel for both location and service.

Our stay at The Leela Palace Udaipur was absolutely unforgettable. The service was truly exceptional, our butler Neha went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and her warmth and professionalism made us feel right at home. The palace itself is stunning, set against the backdrop of Lake Pichola with breathtaking views of the City Palace and Aravalli Hills. The location couldn’t be more perfect, serene, scenic, and just a short boat ride from the city. We loved the food, every meal was a beautifully crafted experience with a mix of traditional Rajasthani flavors and global cuisine. The hotel’s dining options, especially Sheesh Mahal and The Dining Room, were standouts. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious spa and infinity pool to the curated cultural performances in the evenings. Every part of our stay felt thoughtfully designed to reflect the rich heritage of Udaipur while offering all the comforts of modern luxury. Will definitely be coming back again, thank you to the entire team, especially Neha, for making our time at The Leela Palace so special!

Had a lovely stay at the leela .. great staff great food and excellent spa . Even went the gym was very helpful trainer divyànsh ! Recommended!!! They welcome with flowers , entertainment throughout evenings lovely dinner by the lake and location and views are amazing

Amazing experience. I would like to thank Neha Mukherjee especially for all the arrangements, right from the grand welcome, cake, decoration for my son's birthday. She made sure of every aspect to make our living auspicious and comfortable.It was a wonderful ,fantastic experience.
