World class service, more than that very personalized
In fact, we had some sickness in the family and the hotel was very "homely", took care of the kids like their own
Facilities were really good
Food was wholesome, when we ordered a dish, several snacks, salad etc were offered in addition to the entree
I would recommend this "palace" to anyone wanting to have an experience of feeling like royalty or family

The hotel was fabulous. Gorgeous views and incredible service. Rachael was the best. She came to my room to help pin me into a sari for an important event. She was professional, helpful, patient and wonderful. The shop at the hotel was also beautiful. Sulochana was super helpful and provided lovely support.

Just the most amazing stay one can ever dream of. Everything was perfect. The service level is above and beyond. You really feel at home and the people are so caring and nice! I could not ask for more. The rooms and all the other facilities are perfect

As a family we wanted to go camel riding as part of our holiday, and we were greeted with the most professional, hospitable, kindest, and exemplary service provided by Narender and his camel Prahabu. The camel is so well trained and gentle, guided by Narender’s excellent teachings with new riders. We were highly impressed and strongly recommended Narender and his camel Prahabu for anyone interested in wanting to do an activity during their stay with Oberoi.

A brilliant property with stunning open spaces and exceptional design. The restaurants are set in breathtaking locations, each offering a unique charm. The lakeside setting elevates the experience to something truly surreal, with mesmerizing views of the City Palace adding a magical touch. However, the food, while good, fell short of expectations, especially considering the value—it wasn’t quite memorable enough to match the rest of the experience. One small downside was that a family member experienced a brief bout of gastroenteritis, likely from having a salad in the restaurant (only person to have it) . However, this felt like a minor blip in what was otherwise an exceptional and unforgettable experience.

Super property. Fabulous views. Efficient staff very courteous and accommodating. Loved the food variety. Room service was prompt and wow. Special mention of the restaurant head a lady name Ishika or ishita. She was very helpful and courteous. A special thank you to chef Siva and chef Ajay for considering my pure veg style. And providing with a nourishing whole some pure pure veg meals. Thank you for the fantastic hospitality.

Amazing property and traditional cultural experience. When we had an issue at dinner, stithy( manager) took care of things immediately. Chef Karan was amazing. They made up for what we did not like and ensured our stay was comfortable.
They even had the room decorated and welcomed my husband with a cake and other goodies in recognition of his birthday. The 2nd room also had amazing bakery items and overall welcome expertise was just amazing. Overall an amazing place.
