World class service, more than that very personalized
In fact, we had some sickness in the family and the hotel was very "homely", took care of the kids like their own
Facilities were really good
Food was wholesome, when we ordered a dish, several snacks, salad etc were offered in addition to the entree
I would recommend this "palace" to anyone wanting to have an experience of feeling like royalty or family

Loved our stay here! The property is one of the most beautiful I’ve stayed at. The service was excellent, and they go above and beyond to make sure you take some great photos of the stunning space! Vijay and Prabhu were kind enough to take us around the property and snap photos for us—we had a whole photo shoot and came out with some stunning pictures to remember our stay. Thank you so much!

Exquisite grounds and setting on the lake. The welcome was warm and traditional. The room that we were allocated felt like it was in a different town it was so far from the main hub. We were refused a room change as was our next door neighbour, a major fund manager from Mumbai. The public areas and restaurants are nothing short of magnificent and the care from the staff was at an extremely high level. We particularly enjoyed an evening meal both for the food but again also for the caring and solicitous staff. Despite being in exile we actually loved our time.

Fantastic lakeside location and well deserved excellent reputation in all respects.....excellent dining, excellent rooms and exceptionally friendly members of staff. The beautiful extensive grounds were extremely well kept. A great choice for anyone wishing to visit Udaipur.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at and I genuinely felt pampered and valued. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and luxurious and the vast garden beautifully kept. I highly recommend staying here.
