Das Hotel ist wunderschön in einem historischen Gebäude gelegen, mit lauschigen Innenhöfen und einem sehr schönen Pool. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was *** sich in Indien nur wünschen kann. Das Restaurant ist in Ordnung. Ein einziger Punkt hat uns sehr gestört ( und mag anderen Besuchern durchaus gefallen): Das Hotel bietet von Donnerstag bis Sonntag abends bis etwa Mitternacht Livemusik auf der Dachterrasse. Angenehme Musik - außer *** ist von einem erfüllten Tag müde und möchte eigentlich schlafen.

We had a stay with family it was a lovely stay room were clean salacious ,staff was very helpful food was good in the center of city all tou Surat place were near we were near Swaroop sagar and feth sagar and Pichola lake one few kilometer away sepacially the front office person were very helpful 🥰🥰

I have been here with family it’s a very comfortable stay with beautiful painting they have very unique mirror paintings front desk staff is very polite . They help us a lot the one boy who speak to us in our Gujarati language that feels like family vibe . ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very comfortable stay . All the staff members are helpful and sweet . Front desk staff is very very humble and polite every time we pass through front desk they have a beautiful smile on their face . Food is also good but can do better in breakfast and also with parking.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è equivalente. L’albergo avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Le camere sono si spazio se ma con molte pecche. La cassaforte non funzionava , ventilatori a pale troppo rumoroso, bagno pulito ma con segni di calcare che lo fanno sembrare sporco. Interruttore della ventola del bagno NELLA doccia. In due giorni di soggiorno non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Purtroppo me se sono accorto al mio rientro solo a sera tardi e non potevo chiederlo. L’ho detto il giorno della partenza alla reception , ma non hanno nemmeno finto le scuse. Non lo consiglio
