The hospitality what you expect in Rajasthan/Udaipur, Pannavilas surpasses that. Excellent rooms, aesthetically and most of the rooms have different designs. Team is great and they take care of the minor details. I noticed that they have hired physically challenged team members also. Amazing view of Fatehsagar lake from the top Deck of the restaurant. Would definitely visit back with the family.

Pro : gives you the authentic udaipur aesthetics and overall feel. Prime location. Decent spread of breakfast. Helpful staff. Great service. Overall good. Con : for the 2 days we stayed we didn’t get hot water from the shower. The fan seemed to have not been cleaned in a long time as it scattered dust bunnies as we turned it on.

Room was booked as lake facing view described in room details. But the room was at the ground floor so only road and lake corner was visible. The lake view pictures which is described for the room was from the 1st floor rooms. So better to update the room details by the property owner & take care. So as a review, we were disappointed when we checked in. Bathroom was slippery due to flat tiles, may cause any incident. We took lot of care with kids during bath.

Excellent location, right by the lake. Beautiful sunrise view while on a morning walk. Multiple gardens to relax. I would suggest a complete round of the lake while you stay here. Staff is very friendly, and restaurant has great food and view.

Stayed at panna villa's udaipur for 3 nights with family, it's a residential property converted into heritage theme hotel at great location just opposite fateh sagar lake. I booked lake facing room which is a bit overcharged, front office services are very good, hotel cleanliness is good, lake views from roof top restaurant are amazing at night with live music on weekends. Breakfast spread is good, we had dinner at roof top restaurant which was average but expensive. Staff and services are good. Over all a good and pleasant stay.

Location is great, room is a bit small but it’s nice and clean, hotel lobby is nice. The food is super and best part of the hotel is rooftop restaurant and food is tasty.
