Rooms and services were really nice. Vinod, Hemant and Bhawani were cooperative and liked their hospitality the most. We stayed out there for 4 days and it was truly rememberable.

The property is family-friendly with a lift and great dining options, though food is a bit pricey. However, access is limited to autos, which weren’t allowed beyond 150m during our stay, making the steep climb difficult for senior citizens. Suitable for those without mobility concerns.

They charged me 2000 rupees extra for laundry service of a bed sheet, only for 2 blood stain. Stains were tiny that a pen nibs. But experience because of that was not good.

The room is too small for its cost, no view from the hotel. There are bigger hotels at better locations with lesser prices in udaipur.

In haritage room, issue with hot shower
next booked premium with private balcony which was not as good as heritage (cheaper than premium with private balcony)
