The place was Beautiful I do Photography and I was so excited the fact that the hotel is based on an island. It is so unique that I had to take a boat to the place, and the fact that we are surrounded by mountainous is just so surreal. The hotel itself was very peaceful and very quiet, the we’re not that many people there. There were a couple management issues but they were all heavily repented for with free meals, complimentary drinks and gifts. When we arrived it was actually my birthday and they did not fail to make me feel special. They had given me three different cakes throughout the day and had given a handwritten note. They had also made me a birthday video and had printed off pictures of me and my family. These in our home on my desk. They had also filled the room with balloons and at dinner, they got a band to sing me happy birthday. I don’t know how I’m going to top this next year. During the garden dinner they had dressed someone up as Santa and had got him to deliver presents. This was so sweet. I have been given a mermaid pencil case (I’m 14) the thought was there though and it was still really fun.

First time at raffle Udaipur for the wedding.the view of hotel are amazing and the boat 🚢 ride 😄 is my favourite. Welcome at lobby with hot toddy in winter are something special. I would like to say special thank you Nirmal and Arati for wonderful service

Todo el servicio recibido fue de la mejor calidad. Sus instalaciones son muy buenas. También la limpieza de los cuartos y demás lugares es muy buena. No obstante, lo que más me gustó fue sus trabajadores: botones, meseros, recepcionistas, porteros, es decir, todo el personal involucrado en el servicio fue completamente amable y cordial. Todos se esmeran por prestar una atención excelente a todos sus huéspedes. Ha sido una excelente experiencia.

The overall hotel experience is great. Beautiful location and amazing food. But the best part is the employees. Their kindness and attentiveness is spectacular. Excellent hospitality. Shout out to Momi at the pattiserie, servers at the Long Bar and Mr Anand with Chef Durga who personally prepared an amazing hot indian badam milk. Thank you so much!

The Team at Raffles are the best team I have even seen.. they really make you feel at home with fabulous hospitality. Amazing Food specially the Rajasthani Thali and a great breakfast spread Room service is very quick. It feels like you are staying in a palace.
