Excellent property. Very nice views and very serene location. The food was good overall. Highly recommended for 2 nights or so.

Excellent Hospitality & Memorable Stay at Hotel Raffaele, Udaipur Our stay at Hotel Raffaele was truly delightful! From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was top-notch, and every staff member made sure we had a comfortable experience. A special mention to Mr. Ravi Makwana, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. He even arranged a cake for our anniversary, which was a thoughtful gesture. Highlights of Our Stay: Warm Hospitality: The staff welcomed us with great enthusiasm, always polite, well-behaved, and wearing a smile. Delicious Food: The restaurant served excellent food, both in taste and presentation. The variety in the menu was impressive. Comfortable Stay: The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered a pleasant ambiance. Areas for Improvement: 1. Google Maps Issue: The hotel’s address on Google Maps leads to the staff parking area, which is quite confusing and even a bit scary due to the road conditions. A correction in the location and placing a hoarding/signboard at the highway would help guests find the hotel easily. 2. Menu Filtering Issue: While using the vegetarian filter in the restaurant menu, one non-vegetarian item still appeared. A proper update in the system would improve user experience. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for its service, food, and hospitality. Looking forward to visiting again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)

I stay for two nights at raffles Udaipur, I am so glad raffles hospitality and service. Their service staff very good and calm and I appreciate Lalit Mohan and Rahul to provide impeccable service to us and other side Lakeshore is very awesome property,the view of sunset from the roof top bar is very beautiful. Am glad to come raffles ,I recommend to come to this Hotel. 😊😊

Incredible ambiance coupled with a feeling of tranquility and relaxation. All the facilities have a touch of class and newness that makes this location hard to beat. The service from front desk staff to servers during the breakfast hour was very attentive and kind. My server for breakfast was Lalit Mohan ShivDayal Rahul, who provided me recommendations for food and made me feel right at home. I would come back to Raffles Udaipur, and in particular to the Lakeshore side, many times over and would highly recommend to anyone looking for 5-star service/amenities in the area.

Absolutely wonderful service and experience. Staff is extremely dedicated and responsive. Ravi, our primary point of contact had all elements planned to a T and the trip to the spa was the perfect relaxation day at the midpoint of our journey. You won’t be disappointed!

Awesome services and Hospitality. Please don't miss the high tea season. it is worth every moment spent. Don't miss the dessert in High tea. The staff are excellent and Evening photography is best. Please also take buggy ride and sunset photos
