Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection

A backpackers in a fancy building. Room large but freezing cold, had to ask for a heater just to sleep. Shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. There was no in between. English was lacking in all staff except senior management. Food and service in the restaurant (located across the road in a separate building) was adequate. We stayed one night out of the three we had booked. Then moved to better accommodation. OK if you are a backpacker or low budget traveler who doesn’t want to shower.

Excellent service and great hospitality from team. Specially from Pushpender. Nice food and rooms are very cozy and clean. Loved ambience of the fort and connectivity is awesome, everything is just 10 minutes away from the hotel.hope to visit soon.

The most memorable and comfortable stay in Ram pratap Palace.Jacpot was the view from the reasurant Ram bagh with awesome food. Spcl room was very nice and comfortable and enjoyed rajasthani food...thanks to all staff...thanks for hospitality....

The best part of the hotel are their staff and to start with I need to mention the names of all the staffs that made our stay comfortable. Front office team always welcomed us with a smile and "Khamma Ghani" greetings, they were Pushpendra, Brij and Uma. The housekeeping team were relentlessly working hard to make the hotel clean, I feel the number of staff are less compared tot he size of the hotel, they need to do a lot of up and down through the stairs. They were Lokesh, Keshav, Raghuvir and Lalsingh. Also, I have to mention about the silent lady, who was continuously cleaning the hotel, little elderly person. Now about the hotel - it was not that great and did not meet our expectations, a haveli converted into a hotel, the rooms could have been better, the rooms do not have lake view, the best view once can get only from the rooftop. We liked the terrace of the hotel in 1st floor, it was a nice seat out area and we had our evening drinks there. the restaurant location was great, lovely ambience, but the food quality could be improved. The breakfast options were not that much to talk about. I have uploaded few hotel pics, the property looks great through the camera. The rooms were noisy, as it was next to a street and traffic was continuous in that road, it was not comfortable to walk in that road as well, we went for an evening walk. I would not rate the location of the hotel was not very high, since it was nit actually overlooking the lake.

Very nice location and very helpful staff. Restaurant is at lakeside very beautiful and peaceful. Food is also good. Ours are very pleasant experience. We will recommend to our family and friends. Hotel is situated near fatehsagar lake and also reachable to all tourist places.

Pushendra was a wonderful front office assistant. As well as the rest of the team. A beautiful view looking over the lake. Would recommend. The view from the rooms at the front of the hotel are a must, also check out the roof where the view is very good.
