Avoid this resort at all costs! The non-construction building and pathetic rooms were a major letdown. The lack of staff and facilities was unacceptable. We booked it for our wedding 6 months in advance, and despite their assurances of a finished look, they failed to deliver. We had to change our destination altogether. Definitely not recommended.

We stayed at this property this is very poor hotel, all staff are untrained, don't go in this hotel, it's a wasting of money, we will not recommend this hotel anyway, dirty room, dirty bedsheets all the things are dirty, there is no food properly and also the available food is restless

DESTINATION WEDDING. (20/11/24) We booked this property with Abhinav Paneri whom this property was given on lease. Later, Udai Singh and Hemlata the owner of the property took it back from him claiming he’s a fraud a month prior to our wedding. They claimed to give us everything exactly same. BUT what we got was - PATHETIC FOOD, POOR SERVICE, SMELLY ROOMS, BAD HOSPITALITY, UNTRAINED STAFF (the staff is the age group of 18-20year boys who stole alcohol bottles on cocktail night, Infact look at their costume's), bed sheets of the room were torn, pillow covers had stains. Both owners only want “FREE KA PAISA”.

Used toiletries, improper windows not able to close completely in such chilling winter, absolute no room services, even not receiving phone calls on reception. Fridge was just to show fungus has been grown in it and in kettle base. Very surprised when no tv recharge. All property is non maintenance mode i think. I request guys don’t prefer or suggest anyone.

Room location is to par from city. For the day sigale occupancy not there. We are only three. So that i am not check in. Totally area was adiwashi. Very bad. Zero rating.

It was a waste of time visiting there . I’ll managed property . Owner rude . Staff less and untrained . Food is very bad . Dirty pool . I’ll managed property . No Wi-Fi or phone connection . Feel like jail .
