Very unprofessional service.Lift was not working.No hot water in washroom.If guest ask for anything their only answer is workers are not there.Only person who is trying to help guest and make them comfortable is Mr.Manjit Singh.Rest all waiters( seems to be from either North East or Nepal) are least interested.When asked for tea at 6.00 am in the morning they arrogantly refused.Breakfast is horrible.Dont waste your money.Not recommending for anyone.

Very comfortable staying, all amenities are available, Mr. Ghansham is smart and very polite, his working impressed me a lot, Mr. Rahul manager manage everything very well, Visit again , Thanks to all staff for cooperation,

Courteous staff. Always helpful. Good service, was clear and upfront if the services cannot be met. I had erroneously booked a room with bathroom just outside but private due to some rooms layout. They were ready to upgrade me with a room with attached bathroom. Attached restaurant also had good food and excellent service. Would definitely recommend other's to use this hotel.
