The hotel room was in very poor condition. We booked it based on the photos uploaded on MakeMyTrip, but when we arrived, the actual condition was pathetic. The hotel entrance, the staircase, and the way the beds were arranged were all extremely disappointing. Although this hotel is rated 3 stars, it looks more like a 1-star property.

They should maintain their property properly and additionally provide proper guidance about Udaipur to the visiting tourists.

Hotel staff is very polite
specially i would like to appreciate son of honour of hotel ( don't know the name of humble guy) the roof top in evening definitely re-wive your mood.

Very friendly and supportive staff. cleanliness was maintained and breakfast seemed almost home cooked and tasted nice. also, the rooftop provided nice view of the lake.

The hotel staff was good and service was also good. Only thing is the hotel room was not as good as shown in the pictures. Other than that everything was good.
