Bad experience, I had booked villa with pool and breakfast, firstly the property refused to give breakfast as they had booking without breakfast by trip.com, the property said the booking was done by expedia.com, whenever I had done booking from trip.com. after so many negotiations, the property given the room.

Hotel location is good, nice ambience and close to City Palace. Well maintained communal facilities. The room was clean and comfortable but shower and safe/locker did not work despite a handyman coming to fix the issue. Reception desk called the room to check at 11.30am when we will vacate the room. Check out is 12pm, why the staff need to call guests beforehand is incomprehensible. The breakfast buffet was a big let down. On arrival, receptionist said she doesn’t have breakfast included in the booking. Had to show her an email from ******* confirming breakfast was included. At breakfast, staff kept asking for our room no. I don’t understand why hotel staff created an unnecessary fuss around breakfast given that breakfast buffet was a huge let down. Food was cold, some chafing dishes were almost empty, the staff kept hovering over us throughout the time we were there. Overall, not a good breakfast experience specially if staff hassles you in this manner. Hotel is decent but service really needs to improve, specially the F&B staff’s service quality which is frankly speaking quite disappointing. Wouldn’t call this a 5 star property, more like a 3 star.

This is a lovely place either you want to stay or you just want to have your meal. I have visited this place with my Group from Italy. One of the couple was completing thier 40 years of marriage. The entire team of Aranya Vilas organised and celebrated the wedding anniversary. It was a wonderful surprise for the guests. Food at Aranya Vilas is above the expectations, presentation is Mouthwatering and tastes delicious. Service is very professional and welcoming. Thank you all for making our day

I visited for breakfast - hospitality of the staff specifically Mr. Sawan made our experience just prefect. He was very kind and made us feel comfortable. Atmosphere and the setup is very pleasant. Food tasted good and I can easily rate it above 4.5. I just wished they brewed the coffee fresh.

The best hotel to stay at the start of Udaipur city with nature and good food. The hotel is at a nice location. The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel room service and food is also good. The nature and facilities are also great. Mr Vikram Rathor has been great for the helping the guests and making them comfortable at hotel.

Superb stay at Aranya Villas. We were provided early check in and room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. The food during the breakfast was delicious and the staff service was excellent. They also arranged a small cake for my wife’s birthday celebration. Thank you Aranya Villas for a wonderful experience! Hatsoff to the entire staff at Aranya Villas for excellent service and hospitality.
