Our first room had a bug in the bed. We requested a switch, which was done very quickly. However, the next room had what looked like used sheets. There was lots of hair in the bed, stains on the pillows, and small debris scattered everywhere. We were too fed up at this point and requested a refund. We were cycled through manager after manager, first in person, them two additional people over the phone. We were asked to wait "five minutes" for nearly an hour. They tried everything to get us to stay, which we staunchly refused, but the stalling and diversion tactics were intense. The rest of the hotel was rather run down and there were ongoing renovations on one of two elevators, with workers sawing ceramic as guests walked by... Actual clouds of dust in the one remaining, working elevator. Overall, just a waste of time and would have been a waste of money had we not been steadfast in our resolve to leave. A real shame because the staff we dealt with were all very nice.
