Ended up paying price of 5 star for a 3 star hotel. I have been fooled and cheated by makemytrip and radisson (green) udaipur. At the time of booking this hotel 1 month before my stay, i paid 67000 for 3 nights for 2 rooms, and just 1 day before my stay the hotel rates has dropped to 32000 for the same days and rooms. I ended up paying more than double. Neither did makemytrip nor radisson (green) udaipur acknowledged my concern and both put their blame on each other. Ultimately i as a customer was kicked around. The hotel facilities are also not that great, only 1 lift operational, no attendance near pool side, bathroom towels not kept as per requirement, breakfast was average spread and taste.

Excellent hospitality by radisson staff, very helpful. Even after checkout they provide lounge for us to wait for our train and also provide baby food.

The stay at the hotel was good. The property is adjacent to a mall and is at a good location. Major tourist spots are nearby. Rooms are nicely maintained. However, food quality is not that good. They do not have variety of options in breakfast. The room service food is good but food preparations are generally spicy.

I recently stayed at radisson udaipur for four nights and wanted to share my experience. Room quality
- the rooms were spacious and nicely furnished, providing a comfortable stay. View
- unfortunately, the view was not impressive. The room overlooked the ayad river, which was dirty and clogged with garbage. This was disappointing given udaipur's reputation for beautiful landscapes. Food
- food menu was good but lacked options. Breakfast buffet options were great. Service
- the service overall was decent. On one occasion, i encountered dirty sheets and a dusty room. After raising the issue, the staff responded promptly and improved the cleanliness significantly. Overall experience
- my overall experience was average as the view was a significant drawback. I would consider staying here again only if improvements are made regarding the surroundings.

Great and comfortable stay. Nice dinner buffet at a very reasonable cost. My kid ate for free. Excellent breakfast buffet as well. The staff here are the best. 10/10 for them. They have a mall attached but it is very average. We visited Nexus Celebration mall which was much more vibrant. Spacious regular rooms. Very greatful for the early check in at 10:30 AM.

Our first room had a bug in the bed. We requested a switch, which was done very quickly. However, the next room had what looked like used sheets. There was lots of hair in the bed, stains on the pillows, and small debris scattered everywhere. We were too fed up at this point and requested a refund. We were cycled through manager after manager, first in person, them two additional people over the phone. We were asked to wait "five minutes" for nearly an hour. They tried everything to get us to stay, which we staunchly refused, but the stalling and diversion tactics were intense. The rest of the hotel was rather run down and there were ongoing renovations on one of two elevators, with workers sawing ceramic as guests walked by... Actual clouds of dust in the one remaining, working elevator. Overall, just a waste of time and would have been a waste of money had we not been steadfast in our resolve to leave. A real shame because the staff we dealt with were all very nice.

This is one of the best Hotels in Udaipur as we have stayed in this Hotel for the very first time but the staff and the service is amazing. Few things which we would like to really appreciate that the Hotel is having very much welcoming warmth and the staff is really amazing. We met the GM of the Hotel Mr. Ankush at the time of check-out and just wanted to say he is such an amazing person who is very proactive at meeting the guest and also very humble. That is what makes us sure that this Hotel is having a very good team under his leadership. We also like the team at the Restaurant who are really good and on their toes all the time whenever guest needs any sort of service. The food is amazing, the service is very good. Just few observations which we have discussed with the GM as well and he took all the feedback very positively and humbly, such as the room which they have joined the twin bed should not have gap in the mattress, also the staff at the Travel desk should be aware of most of the things happening in the city and the Hotel needs little touchup as it looks little old. But the Rooms are really amazing with regards to amenities and size. At least whenever we visit next time in India and to Udaipur, we will surely choose this hotel. Thank you to the entire team of this Hotel and especially Mr. Ankush as he bare us for long time at the time of departure.
