Had an amazing weekend at The Resort with my family. Food was wonderful and the best part was the service we received. The staff is very polite and always there at any time to help and catering to our needs. Special thanks to Mr. Rajesh Roy for making our stay memorable.

★☆☆☆☆ RUINED OUR FAMILY CELEBRATION — SHOCKINGLY POOR SERVICE We stayed at TatSaraasa Resort & Spa, Udaipur for 2 nights with 5 lake view rooms to celebrate a very special occasion — my wife and son's birthday. We had high hopes, but this resort completely destroyed what should have been a beautiful, unforgettable family moment. Despite giving clear instructions multiple times for a birthday cake with a message and specific timing, nothing was done. No cake. No effort. No apology. They ruined a memory we were genuinely looking forward to. On top of that, the experience was disastrous from every angle: Electricity was missing in some rooms for 2 to 4 hours, with zero urgency to fix it. Bathrooms were smelly and unhygienic, with no bath essentials or room fresheners. Bathtubs were unusable props — not stocked or cleaned. Cleaning staff arrived unprepared and told us to arrange our own materials. Absolutely unacceptable! Food was bland, cold, and not even close to the quality expected at this price. Staff was careless and disinterested, even when we brought up serious concerns. Yes, the location is beautiful, but the resort is an overpriced scam wrapped in scenery. They charge 5-star prices and deliver 1-star service — at best. If you're planning a celebration or expecting even basic hospitality, AVOID THIS PLACE. It’s a complete waste of money, time, and most importantly — your special moments.

Had a great time here..a calm stay spent in nature surrounding resort! Staff was caring .. miss Kiran was so good by nature...each and every staff was so courteous...We enjoyed so much here... this was our 3 rd visit...

Brilliant service by Mr Narpat singhji (Samaa bar) enjoyed the view and food. Tatsaarsa hidden place near udaipur, didn't expected such a place near Village lakhuli lake.

We were here with family and if you like a peaceful ambience, this is the perfect place. It was raining & drizzling when we came, it was such a beautiful weather. Staff is also very polite and helpful. Ms. Kiran is very kind and she helps everyone.

We have visited first time and experience was amezing. Property is very good surrounded by greenery and natural beauty. All staff members are very supportive and cooperative but Ms. Kiran is very polite and she has guided very well in food selection. Food is also yummy.

Deep Pansuriya here We reached in afternoon we dropped our car and same movement golf cart was redy to show the property. Check in was easy and comfortable. All amenities were well maintained and staff is also so supportive with all welcoming gesture. We had evening tea followed by dinner which was so delicious and perfectly served. Sakshi served the dinner and guided so well.
