My family stayed there on 11 & 12, october, 2024. Actually royal. Everything is very best. To rest and enjoy hospitality, this is very best option.

Stay was very good . Had a fun time. Food was delicious. Ambience was perfect for a company offsite. All team members were very supportive and cooperative. Front desk team Mr. Hitesh and Ms Pooja had taken a very good care of our group. Smooth arrival . Loved the place. Definately coming back.

Nice experience.. staff is so friendly..excellent hospitality..loved to be here..would like to visit here soon..I opted buffet plan and must say food was very delicious and freshly prepared and want to mention this *** Mr. Bhagwan and lady Ritumoni they made our stay very momorable. Love Royal Retreat.

सबसे पहले चेक-इन के लिये काफ़ीदिक़्क़त आई ,
रिसेप्शन वाले हमें लोअर केटेगरीवाली रूम आलॉट कर रहे थे और हमें समझानेकी कोसिस कर रहे थे कि यहीं आपकी पसंद की हुई किंग रूम ( ९०० sq ft और स्विमिंग पुल व्यू ) है, जबकि उन्होंने काफ़ी छोटी रम और बिना स्विमिंग पुलवाली रम ऑलोट की
काफ़ी आर्गुमेंटके बाद उन्होंने बताया कि सारे king रूम अंडर मेंटेनेंस है, इसलिए हम आपको यही ऑर्डिनरी रूम दे सकते है रिसोर्ट में काफ़ी जगह बारिश का पानी निकलने की जगह भी नहीं है
बारिश की वजह से walk way भी कई जगह फिसल जाये ऐसी हो गई थी अंतमें इतना ज़रूर कहना चाहूँगा की कभी ये रिसोर्ट कोईं भी गेस्ट को पसंद नहीं करना चाहिए

At the beginning we did face some issue regarding hot water for bath however after the period of time we did not face any issue. Food is very good and good service what we get in return. Hotel provide mini shuttle from reception to room everytime.

Must recommend place . We have so good experience with MR.BHAGWAN SINGH JI . He's so kind to us and gave us good experience too. They gave us good memories. So happy with food quality and room service also. So happy with all service . All staff members are so kind to us. Thanks to all staff members and royal retreat family too.
