Beautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (can’t remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said it’s for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didn’t fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.
I just want the hotel to refund this cost because it’s not our mistake.

Our stay started with a warm welcome by Mr. Surender Singh the security who is an ex service ***. Shalini mam at the reception was very polite & helpful. The haveli look of the property is mesmerising. The resort looks royal. The resort is peaceful as the property is away from the main city. The resort is well maintained with a big swimming pool & lot of activities for the children. The service is super fast. The cozy & welcoming atmosphere of Airavat restaurant adds to the delicious food, a good spread & excellent service. The chef visited each & every table & took the feedback. They served Dal bati Churma & other dishes as per request. Overall we had a wonderful time.

I stayed at sterling Aravalli, The resort is very clean n calm. It's a perfect destination to spend time with family. Facilities and entertainment and the pool are beautiful, food is really yummy. Ambiance of the restaurant is very good. Meet vivekanand and he delivered as per my family expectations, It was really tasty rajsthani food. The staff of the hotel reception or the housekeeping and restaurant Mariyam, Aman, palmu all are very lovely n friendly. Thank you team sterling Aravalli

Sterling Resort Udaipur is spread over lush green land. The view is amazing and so is the food in the restaurant. We were given VIP treatment by the staff, especially Mahendra. We are thankful to him for everything he did during our stay. 👍

Restaurant breakfast is healthy and delicious. Staff is very cooperative and friendly . Staff member mahendra is very friendly and helpful. Very nice aura around the table. Service is excellent and hospitality is so great and familiar hotel staff

I booked this hotel as on agoda it was mentioned that it’s the new property. But when i reached there i saw bed sheets were full of lint and fuzz. I asked them to change and they changed it to the one that had more fuzz. It gave me rashes. And in the morning during breakfast i noticed the juice they served had living worms in it. And bad part is i noticed after when i already consumed it. That right away started giving me bad stomach ache. Avoid visiting this hotel. Horrible experience.

Very good and hostile service. Special mention to Chandan and Marian. Nice food, and authentic taste. Nice place to visit for business or leisure.
