The property rooms are generally satisfactory, but there are several critical areas that require immediate attention and improvement: non-functional intercom system: the intercom system was not operational, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Lack of hot water: the bathroom had no hot water, which is a basic necessity for guest comfort. Unclean bedding: the quilts and bed sheets provided were not clean, which is unacceptable for any hospitality establishment. Subpar food quality and quantity: the food served was both inadequate in quantity and disappointing in quality, failing to meet even basic expectations. Poor hygiene standards: hygiene throughout the property was well below acceptable standards and requires urgent attention. Unpleasant washroom odor: the washroom was plagued by a persistent, unpleasant odor, which greatly impacted the overall experience. I trust these issues will be promptly addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests.
