We were a large group of over 20 and stayed at the Divine Hills for 3 days. Right from pre-booking to our final checkout, Mr Jitendra Singh of Divine Hill was in constant touch and support. The resort is located on the highway and nestled around hills. It takes around 20 min to reach the city centre. We had taken pool facing rooms which were quite spacious (pool facing first floor rooms were relatively larger). At the time of our visit, the resort had newly constructed their suite & family rooms which were much much larger but unfortunately we couldn't take them as they were not ready for occupancy then (but we will definitely try them in our next visit). I must mention certain positives; out of many others : 01. Checkin-Checkout was very prompt and non complicated. 02. One of us was wheelchair bound. The resort took such brilliant care in the service and treatment of our friend with special needs. The overall assistance was really appreciable. On our request, the support staff of our specially abled friend were also taken care of. 03. Property is relatively new. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean, airy, spacious and well maintained 04. Chef Anshuman and his team had done an amazing job in serving us a delectable dinner buffet and hi-tea. Breakfast spread is quite decent. The food menu is vegetarian (which was another plus for us). At short notice, the kitchen team served our requirement for certain special meals. Since it was quite chilly, they had even arranged a bonfire in late evening coupled with hot sipping tea. 05. The entire staff were very warm and extremely welcoming. 06. Pool is decent enough. There is a big lawn in the resort; ideal for a game of cricket or badminton (resort provides those sport gears). 07. They have a huge parking area ***** with a EV charging station within the parking zone. Overall a memorable stay. Highly recommended if you are traveling with children and friends.
