Very bad experience never book this hotel. Wastage of money. Bathroom to itne bekar hai ki poocho mat. Worst kitchen service not supportive kitchen staff at all, food is also not good. Room ka ac bina pooche band kar dete hai main switch se aur bathroom mein giesure hi nhi hai garam pani ke lye bolna pad-ta hai. Totally unsatisfied

It is located near the pichola lake. We booked our room online and it was found the same as it was shown at the website. The room was neat and clean, especially the bathroom was very clean.

Wonderful experience at hotel florence! spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, lovely staff and a warm atmosphere. Will definitely return. Already left yesterday.

Rooms were nicely clean and cozy. Washroom facility was also good. Only one problem was that the electricity went off at around 3am at night which caused a lot of trouble. Overall, good-average experience.

Service of hotel management was awesome, rooms are neat and clean. Receptionist as well as supporting staff are really very soft by behaviour. They served food without onion or garlic on demand. Every thing was good all in all.
