Miharuen

A well located, quiet hotel with very welcoming and helpful staff who make the effort to help with communication, despite the fact that I don't speak Japanese. An onsen that relaxes and unwinds after a long day of walking. I highly recommend it.

The room is spacious and clean. It is on a hill, so the view is wonderful. If it weren't for the yellow sand and PM2.5, I would like to open the window and look outside. The opinion that it is an old facility is wrong. In Europe, there are many buildings that are over 100 years old. This one is less than half built and has been renovated. The hot spring is slippery and the temperature is well controlled. It costs ¥10,000 per person for one night and two meals, but it would be cheaper if you use travel support. However, the food is not good. Dinner and breakfast are mostly pre-made dishes. In general, it is too salty or not very flavorful. It is a problem even before the soup stock. It is on par with the cheapest inn at Yukai Resort (Enakyo). In short, the food is worth the price. Poor Japan. Even so, many customers are happy. It is a public inn popular with locals. As for the customer service and decoration of the building, as you would expect from a public facility, no effort or money has been spent on it.

駐車場は広く止めやすかった。 和室に宿泊したが、１階だったため、景色は期待できなかった。 設備、備品等、細かいところにまで配慮しており、好感が持てた。 ソフトドリンクは、無料で、チェックアウトまで利用可であった。 大浴場は、宿泊客専用で、泉質は、とろとろで無色無臭のアルカリ泉で、気持ちが良い温泉であった。しかも夜通し入浴可は、素晴らしい対応。サウナは無い。 夕食は、会場にて喫食するが、内容は、どこにでもあるような料理で、昔の国民宿舎レベル。茶碗蒸しのだしも効いていないし、刺身もスーパーで買ってきたレベルのもの。 湯上り場所に、アイスやヤクルトを置いたり、配慮の後が見られるものの、肝心の夕食が不満であった。 朝食は、バイキングで、それなりのおかずが並んでいたが、ごく普通のレベルであった。 夜食に、カップラーメンを配布等、努力は認めるものの、まずは、夕食のレベルを上げてほしい。

施設は古く露天風呂やサウナも無いが、お湯が良く夜中でも利用出来て良かった。 アメニティや浴衣・ウェルカムドリンクや夜食用カップ麺など色々とサービス面では頑張っている。 貸し出し枕などは数が少ないので後から借りに行くと無かった。 食事が接客含め残念なレベル(どんどん低下している) 朝食バイキングの惣菜に髪の毛が入っていた 料理がスムーズに提供されない 洋会席の先付けがゲロ甘で、後の品が美味しいいただけなかった
