Reef Point Cottages

We spent 2 nights at Reef Point Cottages last week. For over $475 per night, we were shocked at the condition of our cottage. We noticed that the railings on the outside decks were loose, and the wood was disintegrating on one, with moss growing in the other deck. As well, we had an ant infestation from a hole behind the fridge. When we complained about the ants to management, they were quite defensive and denied having an ant issue previously. We were then given a can of raid. We had asked them to use it, but they left it up to us. The shower upstairs was leaking downstairs onto the kitchen floor. In addition, we saw several silverfish in the upstairs bathroom. I had attempted to contact management several times after booking the cabin, but no one ever answered the phone, and there was no option to leave a message. We were surprised that the unit was available for rent, given the unsafe condition of the balconies.

Comfortable bed, kitchen, sofa comfortable Spiral staircase was a bit noisy when used, and felt a little Undersized.

The view from our cottage and the smaller bedroom with morning sun were amazing. Very comfortable beds! Love almost everything there.

Very cute cottages with everything you need. One burner on the stove wasn’t working and bbq could use some attention but we didn’t need to use it so didn’t affect our stay. Great location!

We have a really stay at reef point. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with our 2 kids and it was a perfect amount of space. The kitchen had nice finishings, the hot tub was a huge plus and the master loft was great! Since we were with young children, the lack of doors was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was a really lovely cottage and I hope to come back some day!

The property needed some love and was basic. The furniture was uncomfortable to sit on, but the beds were very comfortable, which was great. On our second night, we had some loud people next door, and when we messaged them, they took care of it immediately. That was nice. I'd book here again and look forward to it.
