A very distinctive cave hotel. You can watch hot air balloons on the rooftop. The room is very clean. Although it is a cave room, the humidity is just right, neither damp nor dry. The ventilation is good and there is no odor.
The bedding is very comfortable, the bath water is great, the breakfast is rich, and the hotel has WeChat, which is very convenient for Chinese people to travel.

We stayed for 3 nights at Karma Cappadocia Hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If you're planning to visit Uçhisar Castle, the hotel is conveniently located just about 500 meters away. There are some great restaurants nearby; Satrap Restaurant is a must-visit for authentic pottery kebabs. Our room was a cozy cave-style room, which added to the charm, although there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom; that was the only downside. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Keep in mind, that the hotel is a bit far from Göreme, so getting to Göreme attractions can be a little tricky unless you rent a vehicle, as taxi fares can be quite high. Still, our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. There was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, and our room wasn't cleaned during the entire 3-day stay. Also, the lighting inside the room was quite dim, making it feel a bit dark.

Otelin 999 numaralı manzaralı jakuzili odasında 2 gece geçirdik . Oda içindeki jakuzinin manzarası nefes kesiciydi. Tam solunuzda Uçhisar kalesi tam karşıda kızılçıkur vadisi ve balonlar hemen sağınızda Erciyes dağı ve güvercinlik vadisi var. Sabah gün doğumu vaktinde mükemmel bi manzarayla karşılaşıyorsunuz . Güneşin ilk ışıkları ile beraber balonlar manzara ile birleşiyor rüya gibiydi . Otel gerçekten temizdi , personel tatilinizi en iyi şekilde geçirmemiz için elinden geleni yaptı Samet bey , Davut bey ve Fatma hanıma ayrıca teşekkürler

Newly opened hotel with fantastic view from rooftop terrace baloons were visible in the mornings. Friendly staff with helpful tipps on tours, late check in & out available, also they offered to keep luggage free of charge. Complinentary tee/coffee & cake upon arrival. Fantastic breakfast on rooftop overlooking the area. Different room categories available also with jacuzzi. Only downside: rooms a bit smelly, however just normal for cave hotels. I brought incense which worked :) I would always recommend staying there again!
