Il Woox hotel a Uçhisar è una struttura deliziosa. Molto caratteristica è davvero curata nei dettagli. Abbiamo trascorso lì due notti e sono state piacevolissime. L’hotel manager è sempre pronto ad aiutarti e soddisfare le tue richieste. La reception è attiva h 24 e la cucina è davvero formidabile. La qualità del cibo è la colazione ricca e variegata di tutti i piatti tipici, sono state una vera ciliegina sulla torta. La cittadina di Uçhisar è un posto magico e ben collegata alla più grande Göreme. Siamo andati via con la voglia di ritornarci 😊

Poor service with lack of cleaning & information
During my stay, the initial information provided about hotel services and policies at check-in was inadequate. A major issue was housekeeping. Although daily cleaning should be standard, I was told rooms wouldn’t be cleaned unless a specific sign was displayed. I’ve never encountered this elsewhere—rooms should be cleaned daily unless a “Do Not Disturb” sign is used.
Unfortunately, for my two-night stay, neither the room was cleaned nor towels replaced. I had to call reception to request clean towels, which is unacceptable given the price.
Breakfast was poor. When I asked for coffee cups, I was told to “get them from the drawer,” which felt unprofessional. Staff overall lacked hospitality.
I also received incorrect information when asking about local activities. On other platforms where I raised concerns, the hotel responded rudely.
Unless you’re fine with low service standards and reusing towels for days, I would recommend this hotel. The service didn’t justify the cost. I won’t be staying that hotel again,

Genel anlamıyla güzel bir konaklamaydı. Hizmetten memnun kaldık. tek kaldığımız odanın girişinde herkesin oturabileceği bir bank vardı. Gece orada oturanlar yüzünden uyumak biraz zor oldu. Onu başka bir yere alabilirlerse daha uygun olur.

I have one word expression for our stay “no
Problem” as this was the answer to almost all the needs we had during our stay. Whole staff is wonderful, very accommodating and friendly. Front desk person Kubi arranged for ballon rides, red tour and photographer for the private shoot. There are lots of dining options near the hotel. Uchisar castle is perfect spot to watch the sunset which is just 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. There are plenty of options for the Breakfast every morning. Overall this was the perfect stay.
