Perfect Stay for Couples. Room is spacious and tidy, Cleanliness is slightly less than perfect, partly due to the aged fittings and furniture. The fridge has a lose hinge and you will have to push harder to actually close it well, though it can be easily replaced. The sofa has some unidentified stains. The balcony door lock is slightly faulty and it somehow latched on when we closed the doors, thus we got locked outside in the balcony for some time. However, kudos to the team who sent technicians who came to our rescue. Having said these, everything else in this hotel made it a memorable trip for me and my wife. Breakfast served at ”Brasserie restaurant” is 4/5 stars. The staff will take your orders while you are also free to take the items from the buffet counters. The coffee served to you is available as espresso based drinks and not just the typical machine or brewed-in-pot type. Variety is mediocre but at least most of them taste great. Located at the heart of Ubud, it is nearby many great eateries, cafes and bars. Also near to Monkey Forest, Ubud Palace, Ubud Market and some other places of interests. If you can stand the heat and walk for 30mins, you can also reach Campuhan Ridge Walk, or take a slower stroll while admiring the buildings and fancy shops. Even if you are not planning to go out, there's also many great options within their compound; such as Dala Spa, Cerita Manisan, Rayjin, Pison and Chontea, all under Alaya Hotel group. I particularly enjoyed Pison and Rayjin.

The room was amazing and they surprised us with a personalised greeting card and a cake to celebrate our honeymoon! Their breakfast menu was very extensive, it felt like a 3 course meal to start your day off, very delicious options. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The infinity pool was incredible, amazing views over the jungle. A 5 star experience, we will definitely visit again!

Great Stay We had a great time at Element Ubud. The staff were super friendly and helpful, though some could improve their English a bit. Big shoutout to William at breakfast, he was super attentive, spoke great English, and totally got what we needed and more.

Every single stay of mine with the Aman hotels is wonderful and unforgettable. Amandari is no exception. I found an extraordinary sense of peace and tranquility as I sat by the hotel's pool, gazing out at the lush green trees in the distance. As always, the rooms at Aman were spacious yet cozy and elegantly refined. The staff, dressed in traditional Indonesian attire, attended to us so thoughtfully that it seemed I had nothing to worry about except savoring the serene, peaceful moments.

Very quiet place, the surrounding is beautiful. Had a damp smell in the room but for us was ok for 2 days. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot. Even had a tea kettle. Good for the price.

Great service and breakfast. Love the staff. Very peaceful and forest-like. The only small complaint is not about the hotel so much. It's location is a bit far and there was a ceremony so our taxi couldn't reach it so we had to walk in the rain. Oh, and the room smells wet, but I guess it's for every hotel there. Otherwise it was perfect.

Like their neighbour Bisma 8 Komenka is on the same stretch of rough pavers that someone in the Government's Tourist Department should fix as it's a wild ride to go down this road!! Komenka is on a wide sprawling estate somewhat wild in places and delightful to wander around in and a very pleasant outlook ...from our room's balcony anyway where one looks down onto the sprawling jungle and coconut palms with the sunset. None too much to fault here except the Breakfast ....we were first here in March just after Covid opening and back in May and there's been no change whatsoever to the Breakfast Menu and when one stays at about 2 weeks at a time it becomes a bit tedious and the quality is nowhere near their neighbour at Bisnma 8 !!

We spent a total of 7 nights in this hotel. What a fantastic place! The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are good and a good shower/bath with powerful radial water. But above all, the most friendly people! We were there with our 11 months young son and they loved him! You just need to ask them something and they help you above expectation. The location is fine, there is a free shuttle to the center and otherwise it is 10 minutes with a taxi for a few euros.

Facilities: A single-family cabin in Ubud, featuring an open-air shower and mosquito net. The room has a TV, a safe and a small refrigerator. Two bottles of water are provided every day, but if one bottle is not used up, only one bottle will be replenished. The decoration of the shower is quite unique, different from other cabins. There were no disposable items in the room when I checked in, and the toothbrush was sent to me by the house keeping at the front desk. The electricity in the room needs to be plugged in with a room card, and there is no air conditioning when people leave. Hygiene: Not bad, but the surroundings are too big and natural, so there are geckos 🦎 and frogs 🐸 in the room. One day I got up to go to the toilet at night, and when I was about to flush, I found a frog squatting on the paper towel on the toilet seat cover, which scared me. You can stay if you don't mind. Environment: There is a terraced field at the door, and you can see the sunset in the swimming pool. The whole hotel is well designed. Service: The waiters are very polite. The breakfast is the best in the whole Bali trip, rich and delicious! The hotel will recommend various local activities or sightseeing, such as rafting, hiking, temples, etc., but the price is high. Overall, the price-performance ratio is reasonable 🉑, the breakfast is absolutely worth it, and as for the room facilities, there are other better options for the same price. There is no honeymoon setup, but there are check-in fruits and free afternoon tea.
