Lo más destacable es la magnífica situación que tiene, así como su tranquilidad. Echo de menos una persona en la cafetería. Habitaciones muy amplias y limpias. Las camas cómodas y amplias. La piscina un acierto por el calor en la zona. Los pasillos tienen un poco de exceso con el ambientador. El desayuno esta bien, completo, sin demasiados lujos. Eche de menos los zumos naturales. Y también variedad. Es siempre el mismo.

Habitación muy amplia con vistas a la calle. Cama y almohada muy confortable. Personal muy profesional y atento en todo. El parking aunque es de ascensor no tuvimos ningún problema. Muy bien situado cerca de centro y con buenos lugares cerca para tapear o comer.

It is a good hotel in general, spacious and comfortable rooms, very good location and very close to the historic centre, friendly staff, it has parking, although limited to the width and length of the car because it is accessed by a car lift, for food we only had the buffet breakfast and it was good within the normal range. It has a swimming pool although only in season. It is the second time we have stayed overnight in this hotel on the way to the Andalusian coast, ideal for relaxing, having a drink and/or tasting one of its numerous tapas and food in any of its bars and/or restaurants, and admiring a multitude of buildings and monuments since Úbeda is a World Heritage Site.

Tengo que reconocer que,después de solucionar un problema de ruidos en la habitación, la estancia ha sido estupenda!! Si bien no es un hotel con encanto, sí hay que destacar la simpatía y el buen hacer de los trabajadores. En todo momento nos hemos sentido muy bien acogidos y se agradece.

A decent hotel located in the historic centre of Úbeda. When the reservation was made by phone, parking for two vehicles was requested, STATING THAT THEY WERE EIGHT-SEAT VANS. Upon arrival we found out that we could not park at the hotel because the vehicles access the car park via an elevator that does not accommodate vans. The location of the hotel on a narrow street in the old town, with the legitimate passage of neighbours' vehicles, turned the operation of disembarking occupants, luggage and leaving the street again to look for parking into unspeakable chaos. The same thing happened the following morning to load up at the exit of the hotel. The establishment, at the risk of losing the stay, should have warned of the problem and did not do so. Very bad.
