Não podemos nos deixar levar por avaliações antigas, fui com um pouco de receito por alguns comentários que vi por aqui, mas chegando lá me encantei, a casa é mais bonita pessoalmente do que por foto, bem equipada, piscina limpa, local tranquilo sem barulho e bem organizado.

Boas Instalações
Ubatuba oferece várias opções de praias lindas e outras atrações, ficamos na estadia somente para dormir, tinha uma piscina muito boa mas quase não usamos, as instalações são boas, o que pode ser melhorado é a TV só pegava 3 canais e a globo ainda não saia som

Pontos negativos: acesso de pessoas estranhas no chalé (vendedor de doces), fumaça da chaminé da churrasqueira na altura dos quartos de cima, ventilador de teto cheio de poeira (tive que limpar para utilizar), ralos do banheiro com mau cheiro

Local familiar, tranquilo, bem organizado, funcionário educados e prestativo, local privilegiado, por ter tudo por perto, restaurante, farmácia, mercado, sorveteria, e a praia que fica menos de 500 metros do chalé.
