É bonita e aconchegante e poderia ser perfeita se não fosse duas coisas que não foram legais.
1 - No quarto 8 - triplo, o colchão da cama de casal não era legal, muito mole!
2- O café da manhã é servido APENAS a partir das 8:00h, o que prejudica quem vai fazer passeios em locais mais distantes, como a Ilha das Couves!

Pousada boa, com café da manhã bom e funcionários bastante prestativos, não tenho do que reclamar. Piscina bem quentinha (acho que é climatizada), quartos limpos e organizados, café da manhã simples mas muito saboroso e atendimento muito bem. O diferencial é que a pousada também é restaurante e oferece algumas opções de jantares e pizza, o que ajuda bastante depois de um dia cansativo de praia, pois como sabemos, a infraestrutura de restaurante no Lázaro deixa a desejar. Voltarei se tiver a oportunidade.

Sobre o quarto, achei bastante apertado, mal tinha espaço para duas malas de bordo e bastante antigo, a cama bem mole.
O banheiro também era super apertado e o pessoal da limpeza não limpava direito, ficava cheirando a urina todo dia por ser muito pequeno, mesmo tomando cuidado ao utilizar o banheiro, tive que comprar um desinfetante pra usar durante a estadia e limpar direito.
Pontos positivos: café da manhã muito bom, a ceia do réveillon foi ótima atendimento dos donos também muito bom, sempre dispostos a ajudar.

O setor de reservas é totalmente inflexível e sem empatia.Tinha uma reserva paga para o sábado e por motivo de doença na família pedi um reagendamento da diária 4 dias antes da data reservada.Me solicitaram um atestado, consegui somente na sexta e enviei.E me informaram que o prazo estava curto e não era possível fazer transferência da data. Já me hospedei na pousada algumas vezes e sempre fui bem atendido, por isso sugeri ao meus irmão ficarmos hospedados nele neste fim de semana, reservamos 3 suítes.Estávamos procurando alugar uma casa pelo site concorrente, mas sugeri a pousada. Deveria ter alugado uma casa se soubesse que teria este aborrecimento.

Já foi melhor. Infelizmente a pousada está precisando de investimentos urgentes, para a correção de problemas. O quarto onde ficamos infelizmente tinha bastante umidade e um cheiro forte. O ar-condicionado não estava funcionando apropriadamente e tinha cheiro forte também. Os colchões eram muito moles (bastante antigos), assim como os travesseiros. Pode-se notar que houve investimento recente e até criaram uma quadra de vôlei de areia, ou beach Tennis. Por outro lado, a piscina estava muito suja, aparentando não ter o tratamento adequado. A pousada oferece refeições, mas que são bastante caras. A localização não é das melhores, então acho que o preço atual não seja tão compatível com tudo o que ela oferece. Desejo que invistam novamente para voltar a ser o que era.
