Beautiful surroundings. But that’s it. Bad hygiene. Spider’s webs on the walls and few huge spiders crawling. Floor is dirty, one mop is used everywhere. Smells like mold inside. Staff is not polite and sometimes ignores us.

Belle situation sur la plage. L hôtel et son personnel au top. En revanche, à éviter le Bar Restaurant Delete sur la plage, la deco est très cosy mais le service déplorable. Nous avons montré notre mécontentement sans laisser du pourboire, en partant on se fait « huer »… Une note déplaisante au milieu de notre séjour familial. Dommage pour un si bel complexe.

Хотелът е прекрасен - голяма и добре обзаведена стая, огромна тераса с чудна гледка към морето! Територията на комплекса също е добре поддържана. Има достатъчно шезлонги и място на плажа. Единствената ми забележка е, че няма хавлии за басейна или плажа

The panorama is only concrete gardens. Disgusting place with unfinished ugly buildings. I do not recommend this beach, ugly view and expensive restaurants where the price of the food does not match the quality.

The Oasis Resort and Spa was a great place EXCEPT for this. The pool bar bartender has an exposed, prominent Swastika tattoo on neck. This type of thing is okay with the proprietor? Acceptable in this country? Are we back in 1938? What The Eff.

Я здесь работала. Изначально оговаривалось, что один рабочий день 30 лев. Работала почти месяц. За 4 дня не заплатили. Сначала говорила типа она на больничном, потом скинь счет, потом заблокировала вообще. Не советую, там такая грязь везде. Мы когда там работали еле вымывали, везде куча волос, все цветет. На матрасах пятна, на чехлах на матрасы пятна. Персонал селят в подвале, там сыро , грибок. Ещё и зарплату не платят.

TERRIBLE RIPOFF the apartment is a 7 minute walk from the beach and on the other size of the road. It's not part of the complex but you pay to be in the complex and not good for kids. Long walk to the beach, pool and restaurant plus you have to cross the road through multiple gates to have access to the main resort by using a fob.....terrible misrepresentation and not good value. The gym is small and humid but you have to pay 10lv per visit to use and the indoor pool is not working because they don't want to spend the money to full it. Would not advise for families with children or anyone looking for good value.
