Kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Servicequalität und Infrastruktur entspricht keine 5 Sterne. Es gab ein Fehler nach dem anderen beim Personal. 4mal wurde vergessen ein Hundebett vorzubereiten. Infrastruktur teilweise in die Jahre gekommen auch bei den Zimmern. Zimmeraussicht nur auf Garage und Parkplätze. Duschbrause und Föhn waren kaputt und dies zum Zimmerpreis von über 400€.

Die Junior Suite ist der Wahnsinn, der Ausblick in die Berge und auf das Hotelgelände war einfach Traumhaft. Ab dem Empfang bis zur Abreise, wurden wir sowie unser Hunde super betreut, es hat nie an etwas gefehlt udn es war einfach Genial. An dieser Stelle noch Mals vielen Dnak an das extrem engagierte und hilfsbereite Personal. Das Essen am Abend wie am Morgen war lecker und super Empfehlenswert! Immer gerne wieder :)

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life — everything is refined and tasteful, the service is outstanding, the décor is beautiful, and the owner, Elizabeth Gütler, pays attention to every detail. On top of that, it’s located in Seefeld, a dreamlike place for nature lovers like us, who came on a bike & hike trip.

Eigentlich ein wunderbares Hotel mit tollem Wellness Bereich, freundlichem Service und schönen Zimmern. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet wenn man diesen Stil bevorzugt. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Bewertungen, aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen in Hotels der gleichen Kategorie, ist das Abendmenü leider nur mangelhaft. Für solch ein Hotel sollte es schon Hauben oder noch besser Sterne Niveau besitzen, von Gourmet Halbpension ist man hier doch weit entfernt. Auch das Frühstücksbüffet war nur befriedigend. Sehr sehr enttäuschend, besonders für diesen Preis, deshalb nur 3 von 5 Sterne

Austria is delightful and this is a spectacular resort. Beautifully decorated and appointed and the guests are made to feel very special with the service. Being from Australia, it's unique to have the "full board" concept however, the meals were delicious and plentiful (7 courses for dinner, should you wish) and we also availed ourselves of a drink in the bar area each evening. My husband found the e-bike rides super interesting and invigorating and I enjoyed the yoga, a massage and some long overdue relaxing. We would love to visit again sometime.

Sehr schönes Hotel , von der Grande Dame der Hotellerie Frau Gürtler , wie nicht anders erwartet mit Herzblut geführt. Ich weiss nichts zu bemängeln. Zimmer sehr schön , Küche sehr gut, Personal extrem freundlich, Spa riesig und durchdacht, better aging Abteilung mit kompetenten Mitarbeitern zukunftsweisend auf dem letzten Stand! Ich freu mich schon aufs nächste Mal!

Très bel hôtel. Grand lobby et salons à l’ambiance chalet de montagne. Magnifique SPA avec piscines intérieure et extérieures. Nombreux espaces de repos. Cuisine raffinée. Sacher Torte avec crème onctueuse proposée au petit déjeuner.
