Let’s start with the positives. 1. Property was clean 2. We didn’t need or use but there was a nice kitchenette set up with fridge, microwave, dishes and sink. 3.towels were nice and they provided make up clothes instead of having to use wash clothes. 4. The ore-arrival instructions were thorough and easy to understand. 5. The hostess we met we when arrived was friendly and helpful in advising us where we could park. 6. AC works well. 7. They provide robes. Negatives: 1. Price is absolutely way too expensive for this property. We chose this property because it was supposed to be boutique and nice. Not the case. It was more like a dorm room type of set up. There was nothing warm and inviting about the property. 2. This is like a bed and breakfast except with no breakfast, I think they have maybe 10 rooms. 3. They claim to have a “lounge” called the Judge. The lounge consists of a couple of small tables and a few chairs and is part of the lobby. The “bar” is a counter with a. Mini fridge underneath. It’s supposed to be open on Saturday evenings and there was never anyone there working. 4. Parking is sketchy. Signs say no parking, hostess said we could park in places that said we couldn’t. We did park where she advised and there were no issues. 5. There is no elevator access. It wasn’t the end of the world for us but when traveling with heavy cases, an elevator would be preferred. 6. There was one small windows in our room that overlooked a deserted and dilapidated parking garage with all kinds of inappropriate graffiti. 7. There was a small side table in the bedroom and a bed. No clock, no safe. No USB Ports, all electrical outlets. 8. Robes provided had seen much better days, served a purpose but it’s time to replace them. 9. You have a sitting area/living space but no TV. Only TV is in bedroom. 10. Walls are paper thin. 11. Suite 5 is located directly over a bar that has loud music until early hours of morning. 12. You have to have a code to get into the front door as well as your room. We arrived back to hotel at 11pm and our code wouldn’t work. There was no one working in the lobby. Called and a young woman came out in her shorts and slippers to help us. She couldn’t get our code to work, then a younger man came in front door and started to help. Still couldn’t get our code to work. After a few minutes the guy said, I will just give you my code. Lady looked at guy and said “that gets you into everything”. We just wanted to go to our room and go to bed. We ended up writing down the guys code and went to our room. Essentially, with his code we had free run of the building and suites I believe. I never tried the code anywhere else but that’s alarming that they would give someone a code that would get into “everything”. 13. Check out is at 11 but we let at 9:40. They advertise they have muffins and coffee in the “lounge” at breakfast. There was nothing out and there were 3 people working at plastic tables and there was white paper taped over
