We rented Lighthouse Point, unit 16B. It was clean and had pretty good view of the ocean. But the beds were hard and squeaky with thin sheets and bedspreads. The water smelled bad at first but got better after a few minutes. We could hear the people above us walking across the floor. The AC went out after hours but Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals took care of it immediately. The unit needs some updating.

I'm older and going up those stairs was very hard for me. I'd preferred a first floor. The third was just to much for me.

A/C was out and no weekend call back when we left concerning voicemails about poor water flow from the showers and sinks, and NO AIR CONDITIONING. The unit outside was dead as a doornail, and they did not get a tech out until the evening on the last day of our stay. The tech replace a capaciter, acted as if i was the owner, etc.
Throughout that night after the A?C was supposedly fixed the temp in the until never went above 75 degrees. Lastly, the support desk for Tybee Vacation Rentals tried to make us feel like it was our fault for not call on the first day, because we called on the second day. The A/C was finally fixed on the fourth day. I have never had such a horrible experience with a vacation rental. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay with Tybee Vacation Rentals.
