I highly recommend this place. There is a lawn behind the room where you can sunbathe. It is very clean and you can cook. It is very convenient. The only downside is that there are small flying insects. The interesting thing about the local area is that the hotels do not have screens, so many hotels cannot open windows for ventilation. Overall it's no problem. Car can park just beside the room. Good choice if you can't book a hotel at Mt.Cook. It's a small town with supermarkets. Famous in salmon. However, if you like to eat salmon sashimi, you need go earlier otherwise it will be sold out.

The room is big and the bathroom is standard. It just smells like paint. I don't know if it's newly renovated. The old man at the reception is very nice and will give you a bottle of milk to make coffee. You need to go to the next door to pay for the laundry. You can do it.

New, very spacious, comfortable and fully functional rooms! The location is good because the town is very small anyways... so, of you have a car is 5min to everywhere :) we received a little 250ml bottle of fresh milk for our coffee, wonderful!!
