This is not a new hotel, but for the very low price it was shockingly clean. Definitely would stay here again given the low price.

Pretty much everything was ok. However, on Saturday morning we went into the breakfast area to eat before leaving. My wife & I both took a cup of regular coffee. When tasting it, it had a funny taste and that really did not even taste like coffee. (I even went back and got a second cup from a different dispenser). It was the same as the first cup, all of which went into the garbage container. I then tried the scrambled eggs. I am not sure how to explain the bland taste - which I am sure comes from artificial or processed egg product. Needless to say they and the tastless sausage joined the coffee in the dumster. We did each have a bowl of rice crispies with milk as our only food items.
After we ate, we went back to uou room and made a pot of coffee with the room coffee maker. It did taste like real coffee.
We don't travel too much, but this experience will certainly be a fact in picking motels.

I booked a room at Quality Inn & Suites in Twin Falls, ID for July 12 to July 13., 2025. Unfortunately, I was involved in a car accident that prevented me from going to this hotel. I contacted the hotel directly and spoke with Katelyn who spoke with the manager, Ruth. They said I could get a refund but had to go through Priceline. I got an email from Priceline saying that the hotel declined and charged me regardless. I will NEVER use Quality Inn & Suites anywhere in the USA, due to lack of compassion and a greed for money. I will also tell my friends not to book rooms at Quality Inn and Suites.

This had everything to do with location. They had a large hotel, and it appears then annexed the hotel next to them. The breakfast was in the main hotel, a large room and adequate breakfast. They had an ice machine on the 1st floor only. We had an elevator that took us to our 2nd floor room. The room was clean and big. We had a microvwave and refrigerator, they both worked fine. We were there to visit Shoshone falls, less than 5 miles away and Perrine Coulee Falls, less than 1/2 miles away. We enjoyed ourselves here. Staff was polite and friendly and the bed was comfortable.

This is a horrible hotel. They have a new building and an old building - we got stuck in the old. It smelled of cigarettes and … other things. Pool was boarded up. Stains in the carpet in the room and halls. Paint peeling. Even the grass was dead. New building was much nicer, including breakfast. When I checked out and told the desk clerk of all the issues, she said ‘well, we do the best we can’. Couldn’t understand why I resented paying the same price staying in the crappy building as we would have in the newer building. So, apparently this is the best they can do. Is this ‘best’ what you want?

The hotel is in a quiet road off the main road, but not far from shopping centers and restaurants. Check in is quick. The room is relatively big with a Kingsize bed. There is a desk, a fridge, a micro-wave, coffee-maker. The bathroom is big and clean. Breakfast is adequate. All in all good value for money.
