Замечательный отель! Завтрак -шведский стол -на 5+. Приятная девушка- администратор) прекрасное расположение отеля. Только парковку надо бронировать заранее. Всё супер!

Отель оставил очень хорошее впечатление. Просторный и красивый номер, очень приятная опция "меню подушек". Завтраки вкусные, особенно понравилась выпечка. Из услуг спа-бутика воспользовалась программой "лавандовый флер", осталась очень довольна, большое спасибо мастеру. Бар на крыше тоже хорош, даже в дождь приятно посидеть.

Замечательный отель! Уютный, стильный и просторный. Вежливый персонал. Номер чистый, в нём всё необходимое есть, любая вещь брендированная. Уборка каждый день, полотенца меняют по требованию. Платный мини бар, за адекватную цену. Хорошая шумоизоляция. Завтрак - шикарный, на любой вкус и включено шампанское. Есть бар «На крыше», заказывали из него в номер ужин, очень вкусно было. Как не значительный минус, отельная парковка на пару машин, парковались на городской(в выходные было бесплатно, будние дни не высокая цена)

Отдыхали с 25-26 августа. Приехали поздно ночью. Акцентировали внимание на стоянке. Ставьте спокойно, на стороне гостиницы можно. В сентябре пришло постановление, штраф за платную парковку. Сотрудники вводят в заблуждение. Информации не предоставляют, как при въезде, так и выезде. Коммерческий директор Илья Сергеевич утверждал, что этого быть не может, что он склонен верить своим сотрудникам, а не клиентам. Оказывается, он лично уточнял у того менеджера в смене и он ему подтвердил, что нас предупреждали). Спустя месяц). Ведь там висел знак, сказали нам! Конечно, на знаки надо смотреть, но прибыв ночью и проехав 900 км, так себе…, при этом у менеджера уточнив специально. В отеле очень чисто, красиво. Нормальные завтраки. А вот отношение остается по вопросом.
