The hotel is state-style, fully equipped but old, with a slightly musty smell. Phu Yen during Tet 2025 also has a lot of moisture. Water builds up on the windows, making them leak and difficult to open. The moisture also molds the walls.

Clean room, good air conditioning, friendly staff. Buffet breakfast has few dishes and is not delicious. The hotel lobby looks rundown and shabby. With the heat of summer in Tuy Hoa, the hotel lobby has no air conditioning, not even a fan. Guests sitting for about 5 minutes are sweating profusely. Not worthy of a 4-star hotel, very regrettable.

Location is great with walking distance to the local eateries. Buffet breakfast is fairly good. The room is spacious and nice comfortable bed. Good for price!

It’s probably some years it was built and not renovated. The styles goes back to nineties. Despite being close just few hundred meter to beach, it did not have many visitors during stay. There is pool outside, nearby riverbank with good street seafood each evening with extra bonus of loud karaoke. Room was clean in old style. Probably value for money. Whole area is waiting be commercially marketed and tourist will love to come. If you look for cheap and humble stay you are on right address in the area of great fresh seafood

3rd time staying at a Saigon Tourist chain of hotel. Everything was good as expected. Clean large room, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. It was too cold to swim in its pool. Highly recommended!
