Staffs here make me feel very welcomed and safe as a solo female traveler. I booked an overnight bus from phu yen to da nang but didn’t realised that they pick you up at a random locations. Bi was so great and helpful, he went out his way and called the booking office to double check my booking for me as well as gave me a lift the waiting destination. The room was very cleaned and comfortable. The whole place was very cute and got a retro vibe to it.

Not a comparison between 2-3 star hotels but service needs improvement. Cleaning: the room is super dusty and dirty. If the bed sheets cannot be ironed, they should not be white so that guests will have to wonder if the bed has been used by the previous guest as soon as they check in. Bathroom: hot water sometimes not. The bathroom and sink are clogged with hair inside. Staff only care about charging extra fees, not much care about the service they provide to customers. With this booking price in Tuy Hoa, many hotels have better service.
