Es un hotel sencillo, pero limpio, ubicado muy cerca del centro de Tuxtla. Permite conocer caminando los puntos de interés del corazón del centro y tener acceso a medios de transporte a San Cristóbal y Chiapa de Corzo, mercados y tiendas populares. Por la noche todo se pone muy solo, pero no tiene pinta de ser peligrosa la área, aún así no hay nada que hacer cerca de noche.
