Hotel co severos problemas de cucarachas. Encontré una en mi cama al salirme de bañar. El personal se porto muy amable y me cambio de habitación, me dijeron que no había mucho que hacer ante este problema y que era posible que me salieran en la habitación nueva tambien. Aunque es entendible, es demasiado incomodo saber que en cualquier momento y cualquier lugar de ese hotel pueden salir cucarachas

Excelente opción para hospedaje, buen servicio, excelente trato y sobre todo el Hotel tiene una magia dentro por tanta vegetación y grandes espacios. El trato hacia los huéspedes es extraordinario. Felicidades a todo el equipo. Habitaciones espaciosas.

El hotel es verdaderamente maravilloso, parece un hotel de Playa encayado en la Capital Chiapaneca, el personal de primer contacto: recepcionistas, Bell boy maravillosos, el pero que le pongo es la limpieza en habitaciones, soy alérgica al polvo, la alfombra estaba sucia, mi alergia y vista lo percibieron de inmediato, en la tina me encontré 2 cucarachas, el rodapie de la cama super sucio, manchado y cenizo, debido a ello no fue un descanso placentero y menos una experiencia grata

Abbiamo dormito una sola notte. Letto confortevole. La camera pulita. La colazione ricca con diversi piatti cucinati. Peccato che quando abbiamo chiesto della marmellata ci hanno detto che non ce l'avevano. La cosa più assurda di questo hotel è che per raggiungere la nostra camera con l'addetto alle valigie abbiamo dovuto fare il giro di un corridoio che scorreva per i 3/4 della struttura prima di raggiungere l'ascensore . Il giorno dopo abbiamo avuto problemi a raggiungere la reception le cui indicazioni non sono riportate da nessuna parte. Non si è mai visto. Per non parlare della pavimentazione, fatta a piastrelle in rilievo per cui il carrello delle valigie fa un rumore assordante che sicuramente avrà svegliato gli ospiti , visto che erano quasi le due del mattino

Es bonito, solo que en nuestra habitación había un pañal en el bote de basura, así que no limpiaron bien. La opción de desayuno y comida es la misma, al menos ayer fue la misma. La birria le cayó mal a todos, así que cuidado con la comida. La alberca es bonita, tiene pocos camastros.
