My first time staying at this hotel. Bed was comfortable. Window view was the Tutong river. However I was quite dissatisfied with the room condition. There were ants on the wall, my pillowcase and bedside table. I spent almost an hour trying to fix the TV (trust me, I used my experiences staying at hotels abroad where I would need to sign in literally the whole time). It wasn't connected to the internet as it claimed to be, so I spent the night TV-less (options were hotel's default WiFi or guest's WiFi). Toilet was good, toiletries were decent. I was quite surprised the shower area didn't have any lights apart from the sink area. I'd probably rate my stay a 4/10.

Only hotel in Town
Nice hotel in centre of town, not very busy. Staff helpful but could not take security deposit of $50 on credit card.....insisted on cash but waived fee when I protested.
Limited menu - same for both lunch and dinner - staff helpful and available but not very pro-active.

Excellent service and receptionist were super friendly! Pool with a view of Tutong River - had a morning swim. Super relax. A nice getaway for 1 night stay. Sunset at the beach is only 6 minutes away from the hotel via car. A lot of eateries nearby the hotel.

I had a very nice time from the room being spotless , to the lovely breakfast buffet and not to mention the pool side view that was to die for. All the staff were so friendly and were so helpful. I will definitely be coming back again sometime soon.
