Queen Room with Two Queen Beds - Smoking

Recently had the pleasure of staying in this Super 8 motel. We try to get a Super 8 while we are traveling because we have had no bad experiences and this one was no exception.

Booked a one night stay online. Arrived for my stay, and told the person at the desk that I had reserved a room online. She said ”You did this yourself?” very condescendingly. I said yes. She asked for my ID, and I handed her my license. She made a copy of it, quickly looked in her computer, and asked me for my credit card for a security deposit. I said that I had already done that online. She argued that they ALWAYS do that, and that the charge would fall off. I asked for my license back and left.  Now. I had stayed there about a week prior, and it went off without a hitch. Now today, I see that they are charging me for that night anyway.  Never again. Super 8 Tuscola will never see a dime from me again or anywhere for that matter.
