The bathroom faucet did not work so we had to get water from the tub faucet. Some of the towels were stained (perhaps sanitary but visually unappealing). The aesthetic of the bathroom was poor with trim coming off the walls and the shower curtain was moldy.

Terrible. Do not stay here. Filthy and run down. Not as advertised and still got charged even though we canceled after seeing the filthy room. The sheets and pillow cases had stains all over them. (see pics) No manager on duty for the weekend and after calling and leaving a message on Monday got no call back. Wyndham needs to drop this place and I will fight to get my money back!

Stay away. Nasty place. Dirty, old, tattered, broken, stained, etc. Only place available for GA/Alabama game. It read much better than it actually was. I could describe all kinds of issues but I already did to Wyndham, so I won't do it again here.

Everything was so gross and dirty. I was afraid to walk around barefoot, even in the shower. Our pillows smelled like Someone worked all day in the sunny, sweating, and went to bed without a shower. When we went to exchange the pillows there were several people waiting to check-in. All the lobby lights were off like it was closed, but the door was unlocked with the keys in it. 10 minutes later someone came. The police also came, both nights. A few guests looked like they lived there. Our friends wiped the floor in their room with a wet towel and it was clear they never mop. They left and rented a different hotel. The internet didn’t work either. Our experience is now a joke with our friends, one that we won’t forget.

Staff was unfriendly at best. Motel claims to be smoke free but the room smelled of stale cigarettes. Floor was filthy. bedroom door does not properly close. Bathroom is way past needing upgrade and repairs. Bathroom shows mold. Shower curtain will not keep the shower water from running behind and around the toilet.

What was nice is that it was VERY close to several food venues. Again the price was a good value for that area of Alabama. The place is not brand new, but meets the basic needs.

Check in was a little difficult due to staff having Chrismtas party in lobby. The room was clean. Bed comfortable and shower had good water pressure. But gave low rating because they only had 1 towel for 2 guest, phone was not connected to a line and smoke detectors were open and missing batteries

the room door would not lock, the steps and walls in the stairwell were very dirty, the kitchen had no coffee cups, very few tv stations, sink faucet was defective, refrigerator leaked into the floor.

Immediately upon arrival I reported the coffee table as being broken. The front desk lady and cleaning lady stated they were aware it was already broken. After checking out they charged me for the broken table. The rooms are musky and the bathtub had a patch over the bottom of the tub where you stand to take a shower that was coming up. Internet was terrible.
